However, you can follow this article to run Plex on My Cloud Home and all click on “Click here for instructions” link to know complete procedure.

Thanks Asp73 but I’ve come across that article and it does not give me any solution. I just want to know which process I must follow for installing the Plex Media Server in my Cloud Home NAS.

Plex for My Cloud Home is not available for download. The 1st time installation of Plex must be enabled and configured on the local network. The first user to enabled and configure Plex will become the default Plex administrator. Plex for My Cloud Home must be configured using the instructions above.
