I am using My Cloud EX2 Ultra.
I can get into “My Cloud Settings” page and be able to do things using admin account.
However, it seems that none of the members using the product can go into “My Cloud” through this( page.

I am not sure if this is a problem of the server or the product.
Anyone know about this issue?

I’m having the same problem. It crops up regularly. it’s happening on my MyCloud, MyCloud Mirror and MyCloud EX2. Unreliable service from WD (and therefore an unreliable product).
