Http downloads feature on dashboard

Hi all, been away from forum for a long time.

The last time I was here OS3 users who upgraded to OS5 complained the “http downloads” feature in the apps section was missing, it was eventually accepted that this was a known and expected difference between OS3 and OS5.

Now that a fair bit of time has passed, did this feature ever get re-added to the OS5 dashboard?
