HP Smart Kamera-Scan zu WD MyCloud

Guten Abend :slight_smile:, ich habe mir vor wenigen Tagen einen neuen HP Drucker gekauft. Auf dem Smart Phone (Samsung S7) habe ich mir die App HP Smart installiert. Mit einem Tool (Kamera - Scannen an Cloud) in dieser App, kann ich Fotos mit dem Handy machen und als Dokument-Scan an eine Cloud senden. Ich habe natürlich meine WD MyCloud als Cloud Speicher ausgewählt. Soweit kann ich alles machen und funktioniert bis ich an den Ordner komme wo gespeichert werden soll. Wie kann ich nun den Ordner bestätigen das hier die Datei gespeichert werden soll?

PS: Das gleiche Problem hab ich auch wenn ich von Google-Drive eine Kopie senden will. Ich komme in die MyCloud App und in das Verzeichnis aber eine “Bestätigung” oder den Befehl das hier kopiert werden soll fehlt mir???

It appears the WD App does not support being integrated into other apps like the HP app. As such one workaround is to save the scanned PDF/Image from the HP Smart app (or any other app) to the local mobile device (for the HP app, the HPScan folder on the mobile device). Then use either the WD app or a File Manager app (on Android I use ES File Explorer) on the mobile device to copy the PDF or image file to the local network My Cloud or if using the WD app a remote My Cloud.

Thanks for the answer. It´s look like that i use Google-Drive as bypass. WD should fix this in a new version.
