Mty 2TB MBL NAS drive has about 500 gigs of sensitive data,. Dashboard and/or the WD LINK utitlity will not load the UI (user interface), so I cannot do a restore of the drive. WD seems to have no idea as to how to resolve the issue, and wants the drive RMA-returned and replaced. I want to wipe the drive before returning. Does anyone know how to wipe the drive?
Since you do not have access to the dashboard you may not be able to wipe the data. You have access to the shared folders? Meybe you can delete your data from there, or by SSH if you know how to do it (I don’t :flushed:)
