I have backed up 3 student laptops to WD My Book prior to handing them back to school. Now I want to retrieve some files to a new laptop with a different name. The retrieve command will not list an earlier backup from a computer other than the one that it is currently connected to. I have not used any security options when backing up. How can I view all other computer backups?
