How to upgrade from 4TB to 10TB drives in RAID10 setup

Any instructions on upgrading drive size in DL4100? I have 4x 4TB WD RED HDDs with a RAID10 setup, and would like to replace those with WD RED 10TB drives; from what I can tell, I need to replace 1 pair at a time since in RAID10, there are 2 mirrored pairs of drives
