How to upgrade 6tb drives (raid 10) to 10 tb drives

I have a wd pr4100 that is setup with 4 6tb drives in raid 10. I want to upgrade to 4 10tb drives and keep raid 10. What is the easiest way to do this? Can I just replace the drives and rebuild that drive one by one with the option to expand the space used or do I have to completely back up and build a brand new raid 10 with the new drives?

easy way is to get a second NAS unit then you can migrate to the new one and then refurb the old one

RAID 5 is less wasteful of storage and on larger NAS units RAID 6 is tolerant of 2 disks failing

Make sure step ONE is to make a backup
the normal LONG way is a lot of disk re-build and that is when another disk can fail

(ie why Vegan said about another disk fail)

A long disk rebuild is always when I wish we had ECC memory.

Thank you. I have an ex 4100 that I am backing up with before I attempt anything.
