How to update from version 1.09.10 to 1.15.10

Hi, I have been trying to update my wdtv live from 1.09.10 to 1.15.10 and it never finishes the new firmware download. Is there anything I should do that I am not doing? I am not an expert, so please help me!

Have you tried updating via USB instead of over the network?
