How to transfer data from "old" mycloud ex2 to new mypassport go?

Hi,
I hope someone will be able to help me.
I have a good old mycloud ex2 but I don’t really use it but I want to transfer all the data to a new mypassport go I bought a few days ago.
The problem is, the NAS doesn’t recognise when I connect it directly but a basic USB it does.
Indeed I could transfer via my computer but there is approximatively 1.1 TO so it would take days ( I tried but after an hour and only 4 GO I surrendered).
So if someone has a good idea how to make that transfer possible within an acceptable time thank you very much.
