I have my hub connected to router ,but so far been able to sync it up wireless to my laptop.My laptop is a hp presario windows 7.Do i need to install wd software to my laptop and if do ,then where from ?.
Can anyone help with this please.

You need to tell us exactly what you mean by “sync”. You SHOULD be able to see it on your network, if you have the Hub configured properly. It should appear as another computer and as a device. If you have Twonky turned on and setup in it you’ll also see that on the network.
