How to Sync 2 WD My Cloud 4TB drives on two remote networks

I want to sync two WD My Cloud 4TB drives at two different locations

Location: Office - Static IP (Router)
…|___Firewall
…|
WD My Cloud 4TB A -----Switch---- Computer 1
… |______Computer 2
…|______Computer 3, etc.

At a different location

Location: Home - Dynamic IP (Router)
…|
WD My Cloud 4TB B ----Switch---- Computer B

I am backing up Computers 1,2,3, etc onto the My Cloud A. I backup Computer B to WD My Cloud B.
I would like to sync the My Cloud A to the My Cloud B so I have an offsite backup for each drive

Can this be accomplished using WD My Sync Software, or must I use a windows version of rsync like DeltaCopy?

If I must use DeltaCopy, how do I allow penetration into a remote network with a static IP protected by a SonicWall Firewall device? I’m assuming if I run the sync from the location with the dynamic IP address, this will not create a problem.
