How to submit bug reports?

I’ve found a bug where the My Book Live isn’t sending the external_ip address in the commands to the wd2go servers.  As such it will always switch to relay modes since the port forwarding check always fails.  For details on that see my other thread.

My question here is how can I submit this to the correct people to get it fixed.

I would call or send an email directly to tech support.

Any idea how long it takes for them to get back to an open case?  They say 24 hours, but apparently it’s much longer than that.
