How to stop WD TV Live displaying 'folder' picture

I have added folder and thumbnail pics to all my music and videos and they work, but the TV Live then displays the image in the folder. So for example when navigating through my music I might select a folder (Coldplay) and it will show album art, but inside the folder I can see the ‘folder’ image… Is there a way I can hide this image and just get it to show in thumbnails?

Unfortunately, that’s a bug if you’re using NETWORK SHARES.   It’s been there forever, and probably won’t be fixed.

There are some workarounds, though.    You can create PLAYLISTS in the same directories, and when you open the PLAYLIST, the files are listed, the thumbnails are correct, and there will not be any duplicate JPG files.
