How do I set up My Cloud Home using just a PC?
There is a PC connected to the Internet and a push-button mobile phone on which the application cannot be installed.

On page 8 of this manual, it is written how to access the device with a smartphone or tablet. But my question is how to access the device with only a PC and no smartphone or tablet.
