How to set all permission to a user except to delete

Hi,
Dear all,

I want to configure my WD MyCloudEX2Ultra, in a way that only the owner of the file/folder
can delete. but that user should have all other read and modification permission.

i couldn’t find any option to configure accordingly.

but in QNAP i found an option to configure Advanced Folder Permissions.(Link)

can any one suggest me a way to configure accordingly. or else i have to return this product and to choose QNAP.
