How to selectively delete/clear files from the EX2 Ultra Recycle Bin

I have a My Cloud EX2 Ultra running My Cloud OS 5.
It has a Recycle Bin functionality built-in, whereby if I delete a file on the NAS through Windows Explorer, the file appears to delete, but the NAS transparently handles transferring that file to the Recycle Bin (which, for all intents and purposes, appears just like another Share on the NAS, with a directory structure to mirror where deleted files came from in my original shares).

But, let’s say, I delete some massive file and it just moves into the Recycle Bin. How do I then get rid of it altogether? If I delete it from the Recycle Bin via Windows Explorer, will this behave in some recursive way whereby the file gets moved from the Recycle Bin back into the Recycle Bin? Presumably not, but I just want to determine the recommended way to approach this.

Additionally, is there a way to list all files in the Recycle Bin in one long list, similar to how Windows does it? So that I can order all deleted files by size, and examine the largest ones/batches, in order to delete them permanently?
