How to retrieve username in Smartware?

My MBLD is locked with smartware backup software! I can access the drive with WD2GO, but cannot unlock from smartware. I have entered the password more than 5 times, I have forgotten the username, not the password, how do I retrieve the username? Admin is not accepted, neither is my login name on the PC.

There is no username available for the MBLD.  I have seen this issue occurring using the latest version of SmartWare, v1.6.0.  You may uninstall SmartWare and install the version that came bundled in the MBLD installation CD.

Installing the latest  software update resolved my problem, the drive is no longer locked and and can be accessed. Backups continuing as normal. Thanks.
