How to retrieve My Passport Essential original files?

I deleted the files from My Passport Essential 320GB when I formatted to FAT32. I changed it it back, to try and put them back and i couldn’t find anything online nor in the manual. I want them to be back in my external drive but I can’t find nothing, everytime I find something that “I think” its the files, its not.

Can anyone give me a step by step on how to find the files online? Or give me the website where the files are? Its a 2.0 USB. Thanks in advance!

Each passport is different but all the files are in WD’s site… But Awopero’s right;  what model is your passport?
