I’d like to retrive my data n the two hard drive of My Cloud Home Duo
the device can power but it’s not able to be connected to the network .
My question s : How to retrieve my data from those HDD?

Are you sure the cable you’re using to connect it to the network is good?
Look at other resources. I don’t know if it applies to you case but
- LED goes directly to solid white when power is applied to the unit

A “Fast Breathing” LED could indicated the lack of an IP address.
