How to restore the data from my bad My Book World Edition II?

Hello

I have My Book World Edition II 2T

and it’s look like the package gone bad.

i want to restore the the data from the HD inside.

what RAID is that ?

also, when i connect one HD to my computer ( WIN 7 ) i don’t see him in MY COMPUTER but i can see him on the DISK MANAGEMENT , but i cant explore the disk ( attachment file )

Look in the WD Drive Manager it will show the RAID configuration there. RAID 1 is mirrored RAID 0 is stripped it uses both drives as one and twice the capacity of RAID 1.
