Hi, Im super new to playing with external hard drives. Can anyone tell me how to restore G-Raid to factory setting? Not just wipe it, but to restore it as it was form the G-tech factory. Thanks!
Which G-RAID? Depending on which one you have all you have to do is erase it.
If it is one of the G-RAID removable drives and you changed the RAID policy from RAID 0 to RAID 1, you just use the same configurator again to switch it back to RAID 0.
Most of our G-RAIDs from in the past were not able to be altered other than format and name and just an erase is needed.
