How to replace my failed 1TB hard drive?

I bought a 2TB WD Elements External HDD somewhere in 2011.
Checked it and the warranty is available till 12 Jan 2014.
When i plugged in the drive, it cant be read.
I’ve also tried various test and whatnot. It is confirmed to be failed.
So, how do i give it to WD to replace it with a new HDD.

Do i mail it or something?
Thanks alot :D :smiley_cat:

It is most unfortunate your device has failed. However, Western Digital will gladly replace your in-warranty product, as explained in the following link:
