I have replaced an external HD. Now I have data from both the old and new HD on MyBook. How do I delete the data for the old HD an free up space on MYBook?

You can do that manually going through windows explorer and look for the files that you no longer need and delete them.
If you were using a backup software, might be a bit hard for you to identify the files that want to delete depending on the file structure.
