How to remount an ejected WD My Book Duo?

How do I remount an ejected WD My Book Duo without reconnecting the cables or restarting the PC?

I tried scanning for disks in disk management but nothing happened. (Is it because the drive is pass protected?)
I also tried disabling/enabling USB mass storage but for that to work I must restart the computer, which is inconvenient.

I just want to be able to remount it fast without having to restart the PC or go under the table to physically reconnect the cable every time I want to use it.

OS: Windows 10 version 1803
