it was working fyn on my pc since i bought it…bt asked me password as i got new laptop…as i knw i havnt createf any…still den hvtried a lot…but nothing wrkng… data is too important …

There’s not a password recovery option.
If the password is forgotten the only way to override is by erasing the unit.
This will ensure no one gets your data if the drive gets on the wrong hands.

i have the same issue, i never set the password, please help fix this
