My ebook no longer appears on my computer. I noticed that the drive is still listed in the Device Manager and the light is blinking, but i cant access to my data, can someone help me???
Try a different USB cable and port. Also don’t connect through a hub or use a cable longer than supplied. Does the srive show in Disk management?
