I have tried to move a folder or several pictures at the same time back on my PC with no luck.( I highlight by using shift or ctrl, or drag curser) I have to download them one at a time, which can be time consuming when it’s several pictures. Does anyone know how to move more than one pic or a whole folder just incase I need to restore something back to the PC that was saved on the cloud? Thanks!
are you accessing the my cloud home from the web browser? if so I think only single files can be downloaded.
if you install wd discovery and sign into your my cloud home account it will mount the private user space as a drive on the computer. once that is done you can drag and drop just like you would from any other folder on the computer.
