How to mounting MyCLoudEX4 with Ubuntu Linux Server 10.10

Hi,

I’m would like to mount storage server MyCloudEX4 with Linux Server Ubuntu 10.10. FYI, that storage has been dedicated

connect to server. I’ll try to ping storage it’s OK.

The problem  I want to access storage with SSH that Failed.

Can any help solve this problem…?

Have you first turned SSH access on for your EX4 in the dashboard’s Network Settings?
