How to map drive remotely with MyCloud EX2

I’m unable to map a drive when remote using the wd2go site, and I can use the PC MyCloud app to access my files but I need to map a drive! I’m using a Win 7 client machine and connecting to a MyCloud EX2. How can this be done?

You can’t.  The EX2 doesn’t support that.
