How to make write-only user for FTP?

Hi there,

I created a FTP user with its own folder. I want the user to be write-only so as to avoid it deleting the files, since FTP is insecure. Auto-deletion will be performed by the MBL itself.

How would I set the /etc/vsftpd.conf file for write-only access to the MBL?
