How to make MyCloud Media Player show in This PC (Windows 10)

I have a MyCloud up and running on my network.  It was originally installed on a desktop PC running Windows 8.1.  On that computer the WDMYCLOUD with Media Player icon shows in File Explorer under This Computer with no drive letter.  There are 2 folders, music and photos, each of which opens with a Twonkey-like strucrure (albums, titles, genre, keywords, by folder, etc). I have no idea how I made this happen but I like it.

Now I have a new (2nd) computer running Windows 10.  WDMYCLOUD is visible under Network, but the Media Player (icon) and structure do not show up under this PC.  How can I add this feature to File Explorer?

Hello and welcome to the WD Community.

On your windows 10, check the network and sharing settings and make sure that all settings are properly set.
