How to I find .wd_tv\themes?

I gather the  .wd_tv folder is hidden, but where is it?  I’ve tried changing to see hidden things in the root of my wd live hub’s drive, and in the console folder.  

I’m on a Vista machine, and looking at the drive though the network. 

Help!

Found it. Didn’t know I had to downlaod a theme before it would create the folder.
