How to get original WD software reinstalled after formatting

I’ve got two 500gb Passport Essential drives, one 2.0 and the other 2.0 & 3.0.

The last one was used for my son, who managed to delete all WD software that original come with the unit and format it in order to “have a little more space”…

I tried to replicate it from my first drive, even following the instructions at WD site, but after several essays I still can’t get the first logical unit (CD) with all the original software.

My question: is there a way to restore my WD unit as it come when I bought it? I can’t find out how to get an exact image/partition to restore my drive as it was originally.
