How to get MyNet900 registered to my new e-mail since old e-mail is no longer active

We have a Mynet900 its registered under an old e-mail address we no longer have access to and I don’t recall the password for that email address for the MyNet900 for the parent controls. Is there a way and if so how do we go about unregistering the old e-mail from the router to the new one.

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
