How to get G-RAID support?

Hello!

I´m new here so I´m sorry if this question has already been answered.

I´m having many issues with a G-RAID drive that automatically unmounts from a Mac laptop after a while. I solved it by unchecking an option in the system preferences that forced the drive to shut down after a while to save energy.

Now, I realized that the drive also unmounts when slightly touching the connector from the A/C adapter on the drive side.

I tried contacting G-Tech but they seem to be offline, they never answered me back. The drive is 4 years old but it´s funny because in the power adapter it says: Manufacturing date: Jnue 2010

In any case, I would like to get a replacement of the adapter, even if I have to pay for it. Does anyone know how?

Hello Rydia, and thanks for answering. Do you know of any place in Europe? I checked the duties+shipping costs of the item to where I live, and they are 75$ plus the item’s price itself.

I couldn’t find an original replacement in Amazon
