How to find firmware

I have a MyBook Live firmware 02.02.02-020. There are a couple of things that I cannot get to work and I wanted to upgrade the firmware.

I am downloading

via a link in this thread but I cannot for the life of me find out how to download 02.11.09-053 which according to the release notes is required as an intermediate step between my current firmware and the latest.

Can someone please help me to locate 02.11.09-053. All I can seem to find find is the source code.

Roughly how long should I expect a local upgrade from file to take? I want to do the upgrade when I am present.

Thanks, installed. Took about 20 mins.

Now get 32102 error. I think that this was the root cause of the original problem but the old firmware did not display message.

Factory reset tomorrow.
