hello guys, i need some to teach me how enable my dekstop to enable my passport. last time i was sen d my doc to my passport n my dekstop suddenly hang…i was restart my dekstop n my passport cannot anymore…then i check at conrol panel, it was disable…and i try to enable at control panel but it said windows not anble to enable this device. need yuour help…tq 
Check if the device appears on Disk Management.
