How to Eject External HDD properly, not seeing it in Devices and Printers

Hi. I have WD My Passport which does not appear in Devices and Printers. Having the case, it won’t allow me to eject the external hard drive properly, but i can access my files. I have just ejected it properly once, then it won’t let me eject it now. What to do?

I want it to appear in Devices and Printers… I selected Better Performance instead of Quick Removal but no luck
