How to downgrade firmware for Mycloud ex2 ultra

my NAS EX2 ultra was error after I upgrade to the latest firmware (5.10.122).
Anybody know how to downgrade the firmware ?
I had download the Previuos firmware (5.09.115) but the file ext is different (.Tar) instead of (.bin) so I unable to do manual update thru the web browser.
