How to delete the Other Folder in My Cloud EX2 Ultra

I have a 8TB My Cloud EX2 Ultra drive that is RAID so I actually have 4TB of storage. It has over 3TB in the Other Folder but I cannot access this folder or how to empty it. I do not have any Apps running and from what I found there is no way to empty this folder. Any suggestions please?
