How to delete partition and format?

Yesterday when I received my 2TB G-Technology ssd drive I opened the text file and installed first software and now I have to 2 partitions. One is

drive E: Fat32
and other is

drive F: NTFS.
I Only use windows and just wanted one sigle drive. How do I go about doing this? Do I first delete drive F? Sorry but I am confused and would rather not screw up my first external drive (if this is possible).
