I need to deativate DXHCP in order to give a fixed IP to my device, but i don’t find any tool to configure it

You are right. Maybe better to fix the ip address of the device in the router.
But, nevertheless, do you know if there’s a way of doing it in the My Cloud Home DUO directly?
Better still: the device has some web server that we can access to do some configuration?
I put the device address on my browser and received a json string:
{“key”:“notFound”,“message”:“Not Found”}
So there is a web server with a rest service on it, but i don’t know the methods i have to call.
