How to connect to my cloud ex2 ultra from a remote win10 pc

Hello friends, good to see you here.

I’m new to use my cloud ex2 ultra as my home cloud server. I need to access to my ex2 ultra from a remote win10 pc (the pc is not located in the same network with ex2) to fetch/upload files frequently. I can’t found any desktop app that can do this job right now, and the only way is to use a browser to login into http://files.mycloud.com to browser/download files. it is not convenient.

I’d appreciate for any suggestion .

Suggestion: go to the correct section of the forum. This one is about the MyCloud, not the EX2.
