How can I tell if I am running OS 3 or OS 5?
I think I am upgraded but am unsure how to confirm it.
The firmware version is listed on the My Cloud Dashboard. OS3 is v4.x or v2.x firmware, OS5 is v5.x firmware. If you don’t know how to access the Dashboard see the following WD Knowledge Base link.
