How to check security certificate on EX4 as I cannot connect

I am trying to connect to my EX4 cloud server which i have brought home, as our offices closed during lockdown in London. It worked on my home broadband network initially, but now i get this message when I try to connect. “Cannot connect to WDMyCloudEX4” I have checked network power cables are on, but it appears offline according to the icon on my Mac. The next advice is “accept your device’s security certificate”. How do I do this on MacBook using Chrome?
