how to change the emby server password on a My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS

Hello

I have installed Emby server on a My Cloud EX2 Ultra NAS, but I have lost the Emby server administrator password.

When trying to recover it , it asks me to go to this path inside the server .

/mnt/HD/HD_a2/emby/passwordreset.txt

I have tried to do it with Putty , but I can’t login:

root@MyCloudEX2Ultra ~ # cd /mnt/HD/HD/HD_a2/emby/passwordreset.txt

Any other way to do it that you can suggest me please?
