I just bought my first My Passport Essential 320 Gb. I’m a newbie on this, and I wanted to backup my documents, photos, music and movies that are all stored in my Drive A & B. But it seems that I only have one option, that is to backup my Drive C only. Next query is: why do I see only 297 Gb as my capacity and not the entire 320 Gb? Thanks in advance.
