How to backup/restore Milestone Arcus settings?

I am going to be replacing the drives in my PR2100 most likely and would like to avoid redoing all of the setup for Arcus if possible. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid redoing the setup for Arcus if you are going to replace the drives in PR2100.

If there could be an option to allow for the backing up of settings in the
future that would be great!

Also, I am unable to buy anymore licenses at the moment as I am redirected
to a page with this message:

While a good thought it doesn’t do much good to open a case when nobody responds when I submitted it on the 4th.

The response I got from WD support says that I need to find a Milestone reseller to buy more licenses.

Milestone told me that WD is the reseller…what a PITA.

I think WD should allow us to update to a newer version of Milestone Arcus so that we can buy licenses through the web portal but what do I know :neutral_face:
