How to backup big files from the MBL

If I want to make a backup from the MyBookLive server, the connection breaks. I have used 2 differnd computers bud, when i try to copy a ISO to a mobil harddiskthe connection breaks after a while. I have used a special copy program and I used the win7 file explorer.

  When I see the ISO as a movie on the screen there is no problem. Is there a system to backup the My Book Live?

You can use the Safepoint option from the my book dashboard, but you cannot select specific files. Try connecting the my book to you computer, that way you can verify if the connection is not dropping because of the router.
